- direct contact with the sun that can cause the LCD fluid expands so that characters can not display

LCD screen blank or can not respond when phone is turned on for this damage could be caused by two things hardwere and softwere, quite easy to differentiate, how to input simcard, then turn on the phone. do call another phone or contact your mobile service operator if the call an be hard (ringtone) that cause damage to the softwere .

try to clean the LCD and the phone PCB peds (plate connectors, flexible cable and soket LCD) using cotton bud in the wetting liquid IPA (iso propanol alcohol)
* if not succesful likely LCD damaged and most be replaced.
